Technical requirements for welding rotators:

1. The active roller should be driven by a DC motor or an AC wide speed regulating motor through a gearbox.

2. 5. The diameter of the rollers, the rated load of the welding rotator, and the maximum and minimum allowable diameters of the cylindrical workpieces shall comply with the requirements in Table 4-4. 6. The center distance of each pair of rollers of the welding rotator must be adjusted according to the diameter of the cylindrical workpiece to ensure that the wrapping angle between the two rollers is 45° larger than 110°.
