1. All debris within the working range of the equipment must be removed before use. The workplace should be kept clean and tidy when in use.

2. Before starting the machine, check the electrical circuit and check the lubricating parts to ensure that the reducer has sufficient lubricating oil. Especially during the flip operation, be sure to confirm whether the power phase is correct. If the power phase is incorrect, it should be adjusted in time, otherwise, the flip limit switch will not work, which will easily cause equipment damage (confirmation method: When flipping, artificially press Flip the limit switch to verify that the phase is correct).

3. The debris on the chuck clamp must be removed before each clamping of the workpiece. After clamping the workpiece, ensure that the clamping is firm, and take away the clamping wrench in time after clamping.

4. There is a welding conductive device under the worktable, and the welding cable can be connected before welding.

5. Before turning over, observe whether there are objects that imitate the rotation of the workpiece.

6. There is a speed control button on the operation box, and there is a digital display function, the speed control is intuitive and convenient.

7. When the workpiece is turned over, press the stop button after turning to the desired angle.

8. After work and after getting off work, ensure that the power supply is disconnected to avoid equipment damage due to changes in power supply voltage. At the same time, remove the dust and debris on the rotating gear to prolong its service life.

9. Workpiece selection principle:

①The weight of the workpiece should not be greater than the maximum load in theory;

②The selection of the workpiece must refer to the torque corresponding diagram of each model, which cannot be greater than the specified maximum torque;

③ Turning moment: weight G × center of gravity h;
