1. Rotary drive

(1) The rotary drive should realize step-less speed regulation and be reversible.

(2) Within the rotation speed range, the speed fluctuation should not exceed 5% when bearing the maximum load.

(1) The inclined drive should be stable, not shake under the maximum load, and the whole machine should not overturn. If the maximum load Q exceeds 25kg, it should have the power drive function.

(2) There should be a limit device to control the inclination angle, and there should be an angle indicator.

(3) The tilting mechanism should have a self-locking function, which does not slide under the maximum load, and is safe and reliable.

(1) The control part of the positioner shall be provided with a linkage interface for automatic welding.

(2) The positioner should be equipped with a conductive device to prevent the welding current from passing through the transmission parts such as bearings and gears. The resistance of the conductive device should not exceed 1mΩ, and its capacity should meet the requirements of the rated welding current.

(3) Electrical equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 4064.

(4) The structure of the workbench should be convenient for clamping the workpiece or installing the fixture, and the structure form can also be determined through consultation with the user.

(5) The relationship between the maximum load and the eccentric distance and the center of gravity distance should be explained in the instruction manual of the positioner.

Usually, when designing the electric-driven positioner scheme, it is necessary to select the mechanical transmission mode and the corresponding transmission mechanism from the motor to the worktable. Before selection, the following requirements must be specified according to the characteristics of the assembly and welding process:

(1) Functional requirements for the displacement machine: It refers to what actions the displacement machine should be able to achieve, such as translation, lifts, or rotation. If it is translation, it is a linear translation or curve translation; if it is rotary motion, is it continuous rotation or intermittent flipping, etc.;

(2) Requirements for movement speed: It must be clear whether it is fast or slow, constant speed or variable speed, step-variable or stepless;

(3) Requirements for transmission stability and accuracy: The positioner used for automatic welding requires high transmission accuracy. At this time, the worm drive and gear drive can be selected;

(4) Requirements for self-locking, overload protection, vibration absorption, and other capabilities: Generally, for lifting or turning over, and for transmissions with the danger of overturning, for safety, the transmission mechanism must have self-locking capabilities. There may be multiple transmission modes and their corresponding transmission mechanisms. At this time, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the transmission power, compact size, transmission efficiency, and manufacturing cost between them.
