When the gantry milling machine is connected to the external power supply, it is necessary to focus on checking the voltage and phase sequence of the input power supply. The wrong phase sequence input will cause the CNC system to alarm immediately, and even damage the electrical components of the machine tool. After turning on the hydraulic pump and cooling pump motor on the gantry milling machine, it should be judged in time whether the steering is correct. When the phase sequence is wrong, the phase sequence should be replaced in time. After the hydraulic pump runs normally, turn on the power of the CNC system.

Safe use process of welding edge milling machine

1. Opening

(1) According to the product specification requirements, carry out the matching of sheets, first take the long and wide sheets, and then take the short and narrow sheets. Then, according to the process requirements of the sheet, confirm the horizontal, vertical, and pattern of the grain, and then cut it after confirmation.

(2) Before cutting, check the equipment used, such as the power supply, switch, and other parts, and adjust the size error, the length and width are less than 0.5mm, and the diagonal is less than 1mm.

(3) When cutting the multi-layer board, it should follow the lines, and the places with dead knots and scratches on the board should be staggered. After cutting, they should be stacked uniformly and must be placed on the backing plate with finished product protection. When a specification of the sheet is completed, make a record, paste the product logo, and then enter the next process.

2. Edge milling

(1) The cutter of the edge milling machine should be adjusted according to the process requirements, but the height should not exceed 1mm. The power supply and switch of the edge milling machine should be kept normal, and the machine should be kept smooth and flat.

(2) Before the official edge milling, try milling with scrap plates first, and then mass production can be carried out after confirming that it is normal.

(3) The requirements for edge milling are: the size of the plate should be within the specified range, and the entire edge must be vertically consistent. When two milled plates are put together, the gap should be less than 0.5mm.

(4) After the plates are milled, they should be stacked in batches and cannot be mixed.
